Mr Ajay Jain - Principal Solicitor

Hello! My name is Ajay Jain (mr) . I am the founder and Principal Solicitor of Compensation Solicitors Online (CSO). We are a law firm that specialise in personal injury and medical negligence law. I set up CSO in 2001 after I saw a gap in the legal market for a small, personal law firm capable of taking on the much bigger institutions. We have settled well over a thousand cases and receive regular referrals for new clients from current and past satisfied clients.

I graduated with law degrees from two well established universities, including a post graduate at Cambridge University specialising in  personal injury and medical negligence law. I started my legal career working as an intern in a New York law firm and then as a paralegal and a trainee solicitor for two very large city practices (magic circle law firms).

I have for over 25 years exclusively practised personal personal injury and medical negligence law. I still find practising personal injury law very satisfying, especially when you know that your skill and experience has helped to turn around the  life of a client for the better.

Outside the law I enjoy traveling, reading, keeping up to date with current affairs,  and sport. I often watch football and cricket matches and am a member of  my local golf club.
